Job Description

Work as part of a team to achieve departmental strategies and objectives.
Provide support and training to other team members, sharing knowledge and experience.
Conform to departmental policies & procedures, reporting any breaches in accordance with company breach reporting procedures.
To provide continual input and assistance on possible procedural improvements, new business projects and system enhancements.
To ensure own performance records are accurately maintained and take responsibility for personal training and development.
Act as conduit for upward communication and feedback to team leader.
Contribute to process reviews and document or assist in the documentation of any required alterations/additions to current procedures.
To contribute to overall achievements of required service level by maintaining agreed personal targets.
To maintain speed and accuracy on the process.
To comply with the company risk and compliance guidelines.
To escalate any problem or risks to Team Leader in first instance
To maintain confidentiality of information and not divulge process related information to an unauthorised person

Desired Candidate Profile

We're looking for Graduates, Under Grads. 0-3 years experience in BPo's / Non Bpo's. All candidates should be good in verbal communication and ready to work in Rotational Shifts. Good package wiil be offered to eligible candidates. Candidates from Mumbai and Pune can apply for the job provided the person has to relocate himself in Mumbai.
