The selected trainees will be trained both in classrooms & field for first four months in the latest security techniques by specialists. Subsequently they will undergo 'On The Job' training at different locations of RIL. During the service period apart from security assignments they will also be exposed to both formal and informal education in multiple chosen areas like Administrative Services, Hospitality, Law, Logistics, HR, IR etc. Those who qualify will be inducted into these professional streams.
