Position Description : Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Vertical Head/ Discipline Head

Age : 32 – 45 years

Education Qualification : M Tech / ME /B Tech /B E in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience : 10 - 20 years

Key Responsibilities :
* To perform and manage all activities associated with Control and Automation engineering of Nuclear Power Plants.
* To prepare Engineering deliverables for a project
* To review and approve vendor documents
* To conduct design review.
* To implement quality assurance plan

Key Skills Required :
* Development of Engineering Design Basis
* Selection of Field Instruments
* Sizing of In Line Instruments and final control Elements
* Development of System Configuration Diagram comprising of DCS, ESD, Information Management System, Fire & Gas etc.
* Familiarity with Hazop Review/SIL Analysis
* Familiarity with Engineering Software e.g, Smart Plant Instrumentation, Prodok etc
* Familiarity with Engineering Software e.g, Smart Plant Instrumentation, Prodok etc
* 3D Model Review
* Familiarity with latest developments e.g, Fieldbus technology, Wireless transmission etc.
* Familiarity with Applicable codes and Standards
* Familiarity with Nuclear Power Plant Instrumentation, e.g, Reactor Control System, Radiation Detection Instruments, Safety and Protection system and AERB guidelines is desirable
