Reporting to : Project Engineer

Age : 25 - 40 years

Education Qualification : M Tech / ME /B Tech /B E in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5 – 20 Years

Key Responsibilities :
1. Preparation of piping layouts, isometrics, piping & instrumentation diagrams, equipment layouts, composite layouts, fabrication drawings for pipe support and pipe support engineering, piping material specification.
2. Preparation of piping (HP & LP) layout and supports, material specification, stress / flexibility analysis, seismic analysis, pressure drop calculations, coordination, tendering, vendor drawing review for process and utilities.

Key Skills Required :
1.To be conversant with ASME / ASTM / IS codes and stress analysis software tools like Caesar II, and CAE pipe.
2.Knowledge of ANSI B 31.1, 31.3, ASME SEC VIII, III NC, ND, essential.
1.Knowledge of AUTOCAD, PDS / PDMS would be an added advantage.
