Job Description / Responsibilities :
* Manage all aspects of the Hyperion environment including administration, tuning and optimization
* Monitor and maintain Hyperion Servers
* Administer all applications including data loads/exports, calculations, security, dimension structures etc.
* Monitor and report on application performance, availability and utilization
* Manage change control process including aggregation, prioritization, design and implementation of application change requests.
* Install, upgrade and maintain server and client based software.
* Train and support end-users on application usage and issues.
* Create and maintain documentation including training, application processes, system design and processes etc.
* Function as Hyperion Helpdesk for Hyperion user community

Desired profile of the candidate :
o Graduation in Computer Science or the equivalent
o Minimum 3 years of hands-on-experience in software deployment, desktop support, network-related procedures and support environments
o Knowledge and experience with Hyperion System 9 including Planning, implementation, Essbase, and Web Analysis.
o Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and UNIX.
o SQL and MS Access experience strongly preferred.
o Experience with financial systems and procedures, verification of date and solid understanding of financial statements and concepts
o Self-starter with strong time management, organization and interpersonal skills.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
