Description : We are looking to recruit results oriented skilled professionals, with initiative, drive and ambition to succeed in a dynamic, international environment. The successfully applicants will be involved with the application of Dynamic modeling software environments in the production of models related to the petrochemical, oil and gas, power and chemical processes using proprietary software, working with engineers, operators and managers.

Requirements :
The desirable candidate profile for the Modelling and Simulation Solutions Engineer position in the MaSS Business Unit is :

* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering from a recognized University. M.Tech or PhD in a relevant Engineering field will be considered an advantage.
* Two or more years experience (Operation or Technical) in Oil and Gas or Power industry.
* Knowledge of at least one, DYNSIM/HYSYS/OTISS/Shadow Plant will be considered a plus.
* Experience in any other software application used for modelling processes will be considered an advantage.
* Ability to work effectively with software and to learn quickly the use of complex software tools. These include process simulation, process design, process control, or similar technical specialized software.
* Good communication skills, including good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written; ability to explain technical issues to non-experts and to write effective technical manuals, will be considered an advantage.
* Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding international client environment and interface effectively with plant operation personnel.

Working as a Project Engineer [Mechanical] in NAPTHA CRAKER PROJECT under INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD in Panipat , Haryana with INDIAN OILTANKING LTD in Off-site & Storage Facilities (EPCC-8) from July2007.

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Execute Steel Structural Fabrication and Erection of Offsite Pipe Rack (appx. 22000 MT), Compressor House Gantry (60mts x 20 mts), Loading /Unloading Gantry.
- Surface preparation of material as per Swedish Standard (SA 2.5) & Primer application as per technical specification.
- Documentation related to Fit-up, Dimensional accuracy, Weld visual, Shot blasting & primer application ,Verticality of Columns , Field Welding & Painting Clearance.
- Checking measurement of Running Bills, Final Bills & Reconciliation of materials.
- Engineering support to ensure compliance with job specification.
- Co-ordinate with all disciplines of work and lease with site engineer as assigned for day to day activities.
- Verify and ensure all activities in the assigned area to compliance with technical specification, drawing & QA/QC procedure.
- Erection and alignment of Equipments like LP Air receiver, Pumps etc.
- Co-ordination with contractors, consultant & client.
- Execute all activities related to commissioning to offsite piping system like water flushing, air drying, leak test etc.
- Liquidate all punch point related to utility & process piping system proposed by client & contractor through Format I to Format IV.
- Identification of System-subsystems and chart encompassing all the relevant detail in consultation with Engineering Manager and prepare Project Commissioning Plan.
- Coordinate Commissioning Procedure preparation in consultation with Engineering Manager.
- Coordinate Commissioning Meetings with Client.
- Coordinate with all other EPCC during flashing & air drying in PNC project complex(OSBL & ISBL).
- Complete of job within completion period with proper safety.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
1.Worked as a Project Engineer [Mechanical] with INDIAN OILTANKING LTD at Baitalpur IOCL Depot. [UP] from Fab2007 to June 2007.
Key responsibilities were
- Execute FRV Tank erection ,including liquidate of punch point from client.
- Blasting and Painting , Documentation related to verticality of shell , vacuum test of bottom plate , puncher & rain water test of deck, hydro fill test of tank, pneumatic test of all pad plate etc.
- Structural Fabrication and Erection related to tank & tankfarm area.
- Final box up & commissioning of tank.

2. Worked as a Site Engineer (MEAHANICAL) in BAHADURGARH TERMINAL [Haryana] under Mundra-Delhi Pipeline Projects with KNY Projects Pvt Ltd ( A 9001 Certified Project Management Consultant Co.) on behalf of Balmer & Lawrie Co Ltd (A GOVT of India Undertaken Co.)from Sep 2006 to Feb 2007.
Key responsibilities were
- Execute Steel Structural Fabrication and Erection of Product Pump House , Tank Truck Filling Gantry, Tank Wagon Loading Gantry (960 mts long).
- Surface preparation of materials as per Swedish Standard (SA 2.5) and Primer application as per technical specification .
- Completion of the job as per scope, Measurement & certify the extra activities.
- Checking of RA Bills, Final Bills & reconciliation of materials.
- Documentation related to QA/QC.
