Job Description :
* Render Customer Support through Outbound Voice processes
* Handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction
* Adhere to client defined quality norms
* Responsible for achieving sales targets in various international processes
* Stay updated with latest information on various products and services
* Report daily output to Team Leaders
* Adhere to productivity and service levels norms
* Adhere to guidelines for code of conduct
Key Attributes and Competencies :
* Flair for selling is a must
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Windows
* Typing speed : minimum 20 wpm.
* Product knowledge if applicable
* Willingness to work in shifts
* Excellent Interpersonal skills along with openness to learning and development
