    Executive Assistant

    Job Description :
    * Work closely with the CEO to design various initiatives and action plans
    * Participate in preparation of presentations to be delivered by CEO
    * Coordinate with various department heads for reports
    * Assist the CEO in implementing Policies and initiatives across all departments
    * Proactively deploy and instantiate processes / systems to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO’s office
    * Provide executive support to the CEO
    * Liaise with Internal and External clients
    * Participate in key forums like Management council meetings

    Requirments :
    * 1-2 years of similar experience
    * Should be a graduate
    * Should be well versed in MS-OFFICE
    * Excellent Communication skills
