- Organizing and implementing Ops policies & procedures for Security dept.
- Implementing Emergency procedures for Security dept.

- Fire fighting , First aid & handling emergencies like Evacuation.
- Personal management, training & development of Security personnel.
- Office administration, supervision & record management.
