The Manager – Legal would head the Legal Department and be responsible for all legal and secretarial activities in the organization. He/she would deal extensively with matters pertaining to Negotiable Instruments Act, Stamp Act, MRTP Act, etc. He/she should have extensive exposure to drafting of various kinds of agreements/contracts as well as networking with lawyers.

Candidate Profile :
The candidate would be a LLB/LLM, (preferably with CS Inter), with 7 – 8 years experience in a Corporate set-up, preferably from the consumer durable industr
