    Qualification :
    * Candidate must have at least 1-2 years experience with Information Technology Company. ASIC / HW / SW background is preferred
    * Candidate must possess Engineering Degree in EC / EE / CE.
    * Candidate with Business Management will be preferred
    * Candidate should be well versed with MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
    * Candidate MUST have strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral & written communication skills and MUST be energetic and result oriented.
    * Should be ready to work in flexible time schedules.
    * MBA (Fresher) with strong engineering background and analytical skills will be a bonus

    Responsibilities :
    * Lead Generation activities/ generation of new business to the organization in our various domains of expertise.
    * Generation of database through cold callings, customized email campaign etc.
    * Follow up on prospective clients in a timely and professional manner
    * Responsible for sales coordination
    * Research and develop a comprehensive prospect database using industry mapping
