PRODUCER & SR. PRODUCER

The Christian Broadcasting Network is looking for experienced Producers who can produce content for television. Must have strong broadcast journalist abilities as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Must possess the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines to create an excellent story. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications :

* Thorough knowledge of television production and post production

* Excellent interviewing and writing skills for broadcast in both Hindi and English

* Ability to show and tell compelling broadcast stories with strong

Visual elements :

* Ability to effectively work well with others in the production process

* Ability to analyze complex issues and present them in a compelling and

redemptive manner :

* Ability to produce stories and segments with little supervision

* Ability to be organized in thought, actions and habits, meet deadlines

with consistency and excellence under pressure

* Flexibility with working outside of the normal shifts including the possibility of occasional travel needs

*Bachelor degree preferred
