    Job Description :
    * Must be well conversant with foreign trade policy, customs law & foreign trade procedures and expert in corresponding with regards to the same with govt. / concerned authorities.
    * Responsible for all policy related correspondence with Ministry and Trade.
    * Responsible for clarifying specific policies and presenting them to Trade.
    * To take up policy matters of interest to trade and represent the same to govt. authorities on their behalf.
    * In charge of all statistical data management at Council related to trade.
    * Ensuring satisfactory responses to Parliamentary questions and queries from ministry.
    * Participate in preparation of Annual report.
    * Bringing out various reports related to Gem and Jewellery Industry (trade).
    * Ensuring deadlines are met and optimal work distribution among team members.
    * Representing & coordinating for trade related issues with concerned authorities / governmental bodies / embassies / foreign trade associations.
    * Coordinating & organize delegation level visit of trade members abroad.

    Profile :
    The Ideal Candidate must have 5-8 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA (International Business) or Economics / Statistics / Econometrics / Operations Research or from reputed institute
    Candidate having experience in working with trade bodies like Chambers of Commerce etc. on national and international trade will be preferred.
