About the client : The client is one of India's top-5 Business schools.

Position Description : The CMO will directly work with the institute's Director and his or her team will primarily comprise of the institute admissions and placements related staff, as well as the student bodies responsible for admissions counseling and placements. The position of CMO will require an entrepreneurial outlook in building the brand perception of the institute among recruiters, corporate clients and potential students.

Responsibilities :
1. Design and implement the annual marketing plan for the business school targeting all stakeholders – B-School aspirants, recruiters, corporate clients, alumni and the academia.
2. Liaise on behalf of the school with companies for placements as well as other avenues of student engagement, such as business conclaves, management development programs, consultancy assignments, student projects etc.
3. Develop marketing communication packages specifically targeted at different stakeholders.
4. Organize student counseling sessions in various cities and through various media for students with offers from the business school.
5. Organize alumni networking events, industry presentations and conferences in major cities to involve the alumni and associated companies in the institute's brand building efforts.

Requirements for the position :
1. Experience – More than 2 years of work experience, preferably in a marketing or branding role.
2. Education Qualification – Preferably an MBA
3. Skills Required – The CMO must have :

* Entrepreneurial attitude
* Ability to deliver in an unclearly defined role with lack of precedence
* Excellent selling skills
* Experience in strategic marketing or brand building
* Ability to work with diverse set of people, viz. Professors, staff and the students as well as the corporate community
* Ability to outsource certain responsibilities and manage vendors
Strong networking skills

Location : Indore. Might require frequent travel.
