Job Description
Will be required to perform the supervisory works in F&B caterering service, should have knowledge setups and bar excellency
The Supervisor will be responsible to provide best quality service to guest of the out let, training the staff under him/her, keep proper inventory of all supplies and goods in the out let .
Should know menu planning and costing , should be responsible for omission and commission of staff under him .


Desired Candidate Profile
Should be 3 years diploma / B Sc in hotel management from reputed institute and should be very good in food & Beverage Service procedures practically in operation.
Candidate must have Pleasing Personality & Excellent Communications skill can apply.
Candidate must have experience in working as a Captain or taking care of HouseKeeping Department.
Only those willing to work in chandigarh based catering company should apply.
