- To co ordinate with QA & QC supply chain, Stores, maintenances department, there by ensuring all resources are made available for production..
- Responsible for the implementation of cGMP in Production area.
- Deciding the training needs and imparting cGMP and skill based training to Technicians & Officers.
- Responsible for the Preparation and Periodic Revision of Departments operating & Cleaning procedures.
- Compliance to regular self inspection audits & external audits.
- Supervising of various manufacturing & packing activities of Tablets, Capsules, Oral liquids.
- Optimum utilization of Manpower and machinery and better information of flow line.
- Responsible for transfer of finished goods as per the commitment.

- Maintain cGMP & safety standard at every stage of production operation.
- Maintain all documentation such as SOP, Validation, BMR, BPR, MFR and qualification as per GMP.
- Preparing protocols and operating & cleaning procedures for equipments & Operations.
- Co-ordinating for Process validations, Cleaning validation, Equipment validation and its document preparations.
- Preparation, Execution and review of Batch records.
- Handling of Incidents, Deviations and various market complaints.
- Participated in internal Quality Audits and ensuring compliance.
TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- Operating skills of Sifter, R.M.G, FBD & Blender, Auto coating machines like Neo-cota & Gansons auto coater.

- Posses the experience in Machine installations, performing equipment calibrations.
