QA-QC Inspection Engineer

Qualification : B.E / Diploma Mechanical with NDT ASNT Level II certification in UT / DPT / MPT / RT.

Experience : 0 and above years

Job Profile :
* Inspection of Piping,Equipments,Structures for Large Refineries,Petrochemical complexes.
* Monitoring QC inspectors at site, allocation of jobs to QC Inspectors, day to day follow up of inspectors regarding work and site problems.
* Monitoring QC inspectors involved in line checking, regarding completion of weld summary sheets, NDT requirement, mark-up drawings, as-built drawings, getting test-packs cleared for Hydro-testing in order to meet challenging deadlines
* Co-ordinating with the client for day to day activities and also combined line check with QC inspectors and getting test-packs signed off.
* Monitoring compilation of final documentation for handing over to client, as per requirement.
* Inspection of weld consumables with the stores department.
* Inspection of in coming project material with material department.
* Implementation of Quality Control System – FQAP, QAP, ITP, MS, QCP.
