* Development of PFDs, P&IDs, Process calculations and Process simulation, preferably with HYSIS / Aspen,
* Preparation of Basic and Detailed Engineering packages
* Project Co-ordination and Technical contract preparation
* HAZOP study of various plants with advanced software tools
* Engineering and commissioning of LSTK projects
* Handling different package units for different process
* Plants.
* Preparation of Technical proposal, After sales services, Cost
* Estimation, Feasibility study and Technical Audit of Process plants.
* Plant start-ups and commissioning.

Others : Experience with a large EPC company as a Process Design Engineer.

ROLE : ENGINEER ( TOOL ROOM &DEVELOPMENT )

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES :
Co-ordinating all the activities related to tool room
- Multicavity tool (Injection Moulds, die casting dies ) , press tools, jigs & fixture development at vendor end as well as in house.
- Tool development at vendor. .
- Tool auditing at vendor.
- Troubleshooting the vendor problem existing in running tool.
- Tool quality inspection, Product quality inspection.
- Analysis of Injection Moulds, die casting dies, press tools. abnormalities & troubleshooting.
- Co-ordinating all the job work related activities with the vendors.
- Well awareness about IMS, 5S , QMS & KAIZEN, TPM.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

» Passed Matriculation Examination from U. P. Board in 1998 in Science stream.

» Done Four Years Diploma in Tool and Die Making from Tool Room and Training Centre , Govt. of NCT- DELHI (AN INDO DANISH PROJECT) , Wazirpur industrial area, Delhi with First class division , passed in 2005.
