    A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
    1. POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT-I :
    (All inclusive Monthly CTC = Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.12000/-)
    Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3) from a recognized University – with excellent communication skill, with 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service.

    B. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
    1. POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT-1I(Trainer) :
    (All inclusive Monthly CTC = Rs. 15,000/- to Rs.17,000/-)
    Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3) from a recognized University –,with 2 to 5 years experience in aviation Industry, with excellent communication,( good spoken and written English ), and excellent inter-personal, and leadership skill.

    C ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
    1. POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTY MANAGER :
    (All inclusive Monthly CTC = Rs. 25,000/- to Rs 35,000/-)
    Graduates with minimum of 5 years experience in Ground-handling Operations either in Control Center Management, Customer Service, Line Training Unit will be considered for this position with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. with excellent communication,( good spoken and written English ), and excellent inter-personal, and leadership skill
