EXPERIENCE : 3 to 5 Years (Experience in Cargo Operations / Training will be
an added advantage).

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's Degree-Graduate Degree (BA, BSc, BCom)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Plan, develop and implement programs for staff training and development.
2. Administer Basic Cargo training to new staff.
3. Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and time lines.
4. Liaise with other functional / departmental managers to understand aspects and needs of staff training and development.
5. Line training/On the job training for the staff during operations.
6. Preparation of the training material as required.
7. Maintain the integrity of all training records.
8. Periodical training for the staff on general topics like motivation, supervisory skills, team work etc.
9. Excellent communication, interaction and facilitation skills.

REQUIREMENTS :
• Expert knowledge and experience in air cargo operations, document processing,operating skills of all warehouse.
• 2-3years training experience required.
• Knowledge of computer systems.
• Develop training material using PowerPoint for warehouse functions.
• Effective communications skills (verbal and written).
