• Ideal candidate should have atleast 6-9 years of experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation complex software solutions and among which 3 to 4 years of experience is on FileNet.
• Should have worked on FileNet projects at Client Side using FileNet P8 Suits.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE Technologies, Web logic Portal, Sun See beyond EAI Tool and FileNet 3.5.1, 4.0 and 4.5.1
• I have been involved in designing, implementing and evaluating end-to-end systems using IBM FileNet P8 3.5,4.0,4.5 suite – containing Business Process Management (BPM), Content Management (CM), Kofax Ascent Capture 7.0, Business Process Framework (BPF), P8 eForms, Record Manager (RM), Records Crawler (RC), Web Application Toolkit (WAT) and Email Manager (EM).Should be very good in IBM AIX – P8 platform
• Should have been involved in development, testing and implementing various applications using java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, XML, JSF, Hibernate; Applications Servers like WebLogic Application Server , WebSphere Application Server.
• Should have been involved in implementation, deployment across the environments, configuration management, quality initiatives, process improvements, mentoring and team building.
• Should have excellent client interfacing skills (interacted with clients from different Geos in many of the projects) and have extensive team management experience.
