•Provides support and guidance to the Engineering Department on technical matters in the field of Electromechanical engineering
•Ensures the work of Electromechanical Engineers is completed in a timely manner and up to required standards

•Interfaces as needed with external parties on complex Electromechanical engineering matters (e.g. clients, suppliers, etc.)
•Manages direct reports on a day-to-day basis

Skills :
•BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree, Masters degree preferred
•Excellent interpersonal, communications, and organization skills
•Minimum 10 years experience working in construction, preferably in the GCC or Saudi Arabia in a construction company of Nesma’s size or larger; alternatively, experience in a reputable design office
•Fluent in English – Arabic language fluency preferred
