    OBJECTIVE
To work and contribute the best of my ability towards the growth of the company, to fully utilize my interpersonal & academic skills and to pursue a challenging & rewarding carrier in the field of mechanical.
    SYNOPSIS
    - M.Tech(CAD/CAM) from SREE NIDHI INST OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.
    - B.TECH from VNR VIGNAN JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF ENGG & TECH.
    - Abilities in handling multiple priorities, with a bias for action and a genuine interest in personal and professional development.
    - An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills.
    FINAL PROJECT
    M. Tech Project :
Title : DESIGN AND WEIGHT OPTIMIZATION OF CRANK CASE AND OBB OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

    Duration : Twelve Months.
Description Reciprocating Compressors are one of the most widely used types of compressors for refrigeration and air conditioning applications. The reciprocating compressors comprise of the piston and the cylinder arrangement. Inside the cylinder the piston performs reciprocating motion which enables the compression of refrigerant inside it. Apart from the piston and the cylinder arrangement, the reciprocating compressor also comprises of the crankshaft, connecting rod and other small connecting elements. The crankshaft is connected to the electric motor directly by coupling or by belt and driven by the pulley arrangement. The rotary motion of the crankshaft is converted into the reciprocating motion of the piston inside the cylinder via the connecting rod.
The major components in reciprocating compressor are crank shaft, crank case, connecting rod, OBB (Out Board Bearing), and piston. The crank case is a central structure of the reciprocating compressor and supports practically all the internal components of compressor. It is of cast iron and piston, crank shaft, and stator on it. The main function of the block is to provide sufficient stiffness for the compression mechanism to run adequately.OBB component seals the side of crank case. It made of cast iron. The main function of OBB is to provide rotary
    motion of crank shaft.

The crank case and OBB are the heaviest components in the compressor, and this fact deserves special attention. As we know that cast iron cost is increasing day by day, using FEA techniques can reduce weight. Reduction in mass, through an optimization process, can bring a series of benefits, such as :
    - Cost reduction (less raw material)
    - Reduction in compressor weight (this could provide a saving in transport costs)
    - Easier handle (reduction of ergonomic problems)
    - Reduction in compressor energy impact
    B.Tech Project :
Title : Quality control and process capability on Crank shaft eccentric diameter of Rotary
    Compressor

    Duration : Six Months.
Description : To improve the quality of a rotary compressor by optimizing various parameters which contribute to eccentric diameter variation of a crank shaft, so as to minimize the rejection rate of rotary compressors. A set of process parameters responsible for the variation in eccentric diameter of a crank shaft have to be found out and to be optimized in order to control the rejections by applying 7 QC Tools and SPC Techniques.
