Background & skills : The candidate should have 8 to 10 years prior experience in design of NHAI projects and state highways in India with prior experience in preparing tender and bidding documents, cost estimation etc. Should have the ability to liaise with government agencies, vendors, contractors etc. The candidate should have excellent command over MxRoads and knowledge/ experience in InRoads/ Civil 3D will be an added advantage. Should possess excellent communication & coordination skills with the ability to work with and lead a team of engineers.
