- Six months internship at C&C Ropar, NHAI.
The major project undertaken was:
Widening and strengthening to 4 lane of existing single carriage way of NH-21.
- Workshop Project
Received hands on training in “Electrical Shop” and made working “Choke Coil” and “Motor Pump” during the Summer Workshop Training Course held in June 2007.
- Railway Barrier Automation Project
Designed and fabricated a mechanism for the automation of barriers on unmanned railway crossings as a part of the “Mechatronics Course Project” under the able guidance of Dr. Tilak Thakur, Department Of Electrical Engineering, PEC.
- Paper Roller Coaster
Designed and modelled a “Roller Coaster” using only chart paper and glue. Deign was based on “suspension support” technique. The coaster had to support the weight of a hockey ball and the aim was to maximize the height to which the ball finally rose, given the initial dropping height.
- Conducted Survey regarding agricultural problems as a part of humanties project.
- Project undertaken during capstone project named “Use of fly ash as a supplementary cementing material”.
KEY SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of Auto Cad, Staad Pro and C programming.
