Imaging Engineer

Report To : AM - Infrastructure

Work Experience : 3 – 5 years
Summary :
The candidate will work in a cross-functional environment to develop & support solutions that integrate document management and imaging technologies and business process changes to support strategic business information needs and projects.

Education :
•Experience : 3- 5 Years of FileNet IBM Document Management Platform
•Experience in System Administration which includes responding to NOC/System Alerts, Monitoring, and Reporting.
•Provide System administration of IS, P8, ISC, DTF, Encapture installation/configuration and maintenance of environments.
•Provide support and maintenance of server and application environments (Dev, Test, Staging, Production and BCS).
• Experience maintaining/supporting a complex system in a multi-platform systems environment.
• Product Knowledge : Filenet IS 4.x, Web Services, P8 3.5x Application Engine, Content Engine, Process Engine, Business Process Framework, eForms and Rendition Engine.
• Knowledge/Experience in related technologies : FileNet IDM Desktop/WebServices, Image Services.
• Creating and making test data available in non production environments.
• Perform support for exceptions to routine activities including but not limited to scripts/batches, backup's and services.
• Experience in installing and troubleshooting FileNet software/infrastructure
• Participate in troubleshooting and follow through on system problems and provide resolution to issues.

Preferred Technical Experience :
• Windows O/S Server, SMTP and MAPI mail interfaces, Microsoft IIS, Sun Java runtime environments, BEA Web Logic Server, TCP/IP networking, SNMP network protocol
• EMC Centera Storage and SAN Environment
• Microsoft SQL Server

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
• Must be able to work up to 50% of time in shift 3 (US day time)
• Mortgage Industry experience preferred

Expected CTC not more than 6 lakhs P.A
