Job Description : Shall be responsible for Conceptualization, Design and Execution of HVAC related activities in Formulation Projects. Maintenance of High side and Low side of HVAC system. PROJECT: To coordinate with various agencies for Conceptualisation & Design, detailed engineering, Installation and Commissioning of HVAC systems, To monitor & ensure that Projects costs are within Budgeted costs. Based on the approved concepts and general specifications, shall be responsible for coordinating in Identification of Vendors, Floating of Enquiries, Preparation of Technical and Commercial bid analysis, Short listing & Finalization of the Vendors To prepare and ensure availability of working drawings for any activity performed at site . To coordinate and ensure timely availability of the material. To carry out periodic inspections to the vendors site to check for the progress of the manufacturing of the equipment. Maintenance : Responsible for Efficient Operation & Maintenance of HVAC systems. To ensure smooth running of all machinery & minimise down time. To plan & execute preventive maintenance & Calibration programmes. To coordinate with Production for carryout Performance Verifications of various systems, periodically. To study & review operations, to contribute substantially for energy conservation & productivity improvements. To take all possible steps to ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed. To prepare departmental budget and control the expenses within approved/ sanctioned limits.
