Customer Service Assistant – Airport Services

Location – Across the network

You should be a graduate, below 25 years of age and unmarried. A pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.

You will be responsible to assist our guests with ticketing, check-in and other services offered by the Company.

The position will be based at the Airport, and you will be required to work in shifts.

Security Assistant

Location – Across the network

You will be responsible for monitoring access control to the aircraft, frisking passengers and thorough checking of baggage and cargo. You will be based at the Airport and as the flights are round the clock, you will be required to work in shifts.

You should be a graduate below 25 years of age and unmarried. You should have a pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. You need to have an eye for detail, be alert and attentive. Preference will be given to those with an NCC certificate. Female candidates should be at least 155 cm tall, while the minimum height requirement for male candidates is 165 cm. Your weight must be proportionate to your height.

Cargo Assistant

Location - Mumbai

You will be responsible for daily cargo operations at the airport, accepting and handling cargo from clients / airlines in respect of both domestic & international cargo, manifesting cargo flight wise, tallying cargo with manifest for loading, segregate as per loading instructions (at ramp), place documents on board and issue delivery orders. Moreover, you need to compile and prepare flight reports. You will be based at the Airport and as the flights are round the clock, you will be required to work in shifts.

You should be a graduate, below 25 years of age and unmarried. You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to those with computer proficiency.
