Project Description
This is ‘Pneumatic Punching Machine’ used to punch a sheet metals. We used compressed high pressure air to operate the pneumatic cylinder. At the end of the plunger a pin is welded. The plunger moves the pin and put a hole on the sheet metal. This is commonly used in the industries for punching purpose. This can be used for paper punching also.

2. Project Name : Experimental investigation of biodiesel on CI engines
Client Einstein College Of Engineering
Duration 3 months
Team Size 4 members
Bio Oil Used Pungamia, Jetropha.
Environment 2 Stroke Diesel Engine in our College.
Project Description
We did this project in the field of alternative fuels. We bought raw bio oils and then esterifies them to obtain biodiesel. After that we mix the biodiesels in different proportions(B10,B20,B30) with the diesel and conduct performance analysis for each proportion and finally compare the results. In the comparative analysis we found that the biodiesel provides better results than the conventional diesel. The main purpose of this project is to find an alternative solution for Diesel.
