Job Description :

Role Description
· Creating the Visual Merchandising strategy for the Company in alignment with the Brand Strategy for various retail formats.
· Create Operational Level procedures and Institutionalise merchandising processes within the Company.
· Manage Merchandising for better off-take by the consumer at the Stores.
· Periodic review and launch of programme to generate good cause.
· Consistent visual standards as per the Growing need / International Trend.
· He/she will work in tandem with the sales and the management team of the stores to present the travel products and/or display windows in a clean, visually appealing and commercial way.
· Preparation and presentation of VM calendar for the company
· Manage the VM and projects within the VM Budgets
· Store Design, Layout planning, Display & Visual Merchandising
· Intuitive sense of consumer needs, tastes and requirements
