Job Description :
Providing end-to-end technical training delivery to Bharti Infratel's Field Technicians/ Field Engineers/ O&M - Engineers/ Field Supervisors.
Conducting process training for Bharti Infratel's employees.
Undertaking field audits on processes & technical domain within the territory assigned.
Candidate Profile :
BE/B.Tech with minimum 6 yrs of experience in Operation & Maintenance (Electrical) domain Should have exposure at supervisory level.
Should be from Telecom Infrastructure industry preferrably or any other infrastructure/ real estate/ shipping/ heavy electrical engineering industry.
Must have exposure in O&M (operation & maintenance) of ACs'/ DGs'/ power back-up/ shelters and additional exposure in O&M of BTS/ BSS/ BSC/ MSC would be preferred
Candidates with training background, if any would be prefered
