Qualification & Experience :
Preferably, CA / M.Com with 10+ years experience. Good exposure to latest accounting practices, Company Law and Tax Laws mandatory. Candidates with prior experience of working in IT / Training companies would be given preference.

Responsibilities :
1. Head the Accounts & Finance section.
2. Supervise and ensure timely, flawless generation of accounting and MIS reports.
3. Ensure compliance to all statutory norms with respect to Company Law, HR and Tax matters.
4. Ensure timely submission / filing of all reports & returns.
5. Planning Tax, Banking and monitoring overall financial health of the Company.
