Qualification :
* Graduate in any discipline with preferably having PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management/ IR
* Minimum 8 yrs. Experience in handling generalist role
* Having good Conceptual skills; prior experience in creating presentation and driving HR initiatives will be preferred
* Good in verbal communication Skill
* Willing to travel

* Manage HR Operations for the region comprising of multiple locations employing over 500 people across various functions.
* Manpower planning and budgeting.
* Recruitment and Staffing.

* Managing Performance Management System
* Ownership of MIS and Payroll
* Statutory Compliance – PF/ ESI/ Shops & Establishment act
