- Spearheading activities entailing planning and implementation of Pune operations; setting up of a manufacturing unit from Greenfield stage with a capital outlay of Rs.150 million and installed capacity of 7,50,000 nos. steering wheels per year and assimilation of SRS (Air bag) technology..
Significant Highlights :
- Dexterously supervised the commissioning of the manufacturing unit well within the time and cost parameters with regular commercial scale production from Dec’08; currently the unit manufactures and supplies over 1500 steering wheels/day to Tata Motors, General Motors, Fiat India, Volkswagen, Mahindra & Mahindra and Ford India.
Jul’06–Sep’07 : Scope T&M Pvt. Ltd.., Pune (In Partnership) as Chief Executive Officer

- Steered initiatives for formulating & implementing entire setup for manufacturing of a range of battery operated vehicles as a means for cost effective, safe and swift last mile mobility of people & cargo.

- Established a coke briquetting plant at Manmad, near Nasik in Maharashtra during 1986-1991, the technology being developed by Central Fuel Research Institute, Dhanbad and sourced through National Research Development Corporation, New Delhi. Manufactured and supplied coke briquettes to cast iron foundries.
Clients Purview : Indian Smelting & Refining (Thane), Ashok Iron Works (Belgaum), Shivaji Iron Works (Solapur) and Taskar Industries (Ahmednagar).
Project Purview :
- Established a commercial agriculture project of over 270 acres in Panvel & Khopoli near Mumbai involving 70 acres of teak plantation, 65 acres of alphonso mango plantation, 35 acres of cashewnut plantation, 35 acres of papaya plantation and 25 acres of vegetable plantation during 1991-1996..
