    Knowledge Skill, Experience :
    * 1. Candidates must be a graduate/post graduate
    * 2. Graduate with minimum 3 years experience as Branch Manager in field Operation of MFI or Post Graduate
    * 3. Should have field knowledge, people management , motivation and interpersonal skill
    * 4. Ability to analyze, understand, plan and act according to the situation.
