The major responsibilities include but are not limited to :

* Design and development of the Training & Performance Support Materials
* Alignment of content & the customer needs through need analysis.
* Understand and identify the industrial, company and personal challenges and concerns.
* Develop post training material for post training support
* Support development of training evaluation materials.

The above position is on part time bases. Individuals with Post Graduation in Management and relevant 3-5 years experience in training can apply. Experience with, Adult Learning Concepts is encouraged. Strong oral & written communication skills with Computer literacy is a must.
