with 4-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / billing. Should have strong knowledge of,
Preparing BOQ's, Tender Documents & certifying the contractor bills, Material consumption & Reconciliation,
Planning, Estimating, Rate analysis and issuing work orders. Must possess knowledge of MS Projects,
MS Office & AutoCAD.

B) Project Management( for an industrial project at Banglaore) - Candidates with 6-8yrs exp in Project &
Construction Management. Should be from REAL ESTATE/ CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ONLY. Should have
strong knowledge of project co-ordination, construction supervision, quality control, progress reporting,
safety monitoring, bill checking & certificationetc. for industrial project. Must possess knowledge of MS
Projects, MS Office & AutoCAD.

C) Site Supervision (for an industrial project at Banglaore) - Candidates with 3-4yrs exp in Project execution & Construction Management. Should be from REAL ESTATE/ CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ONLY.
Should have strong knowledge of project co-ordination, construction supervision, quality control, progress
reporting, safety monitoring, bill checking & certification etc. for industrial project. Must possess
knowledge of MS Projects, MS Office & AutoCAD.
