Block Placement :
As a part of my master degree course I had spent one month in the interior part of Assam state, where I worked with Mahila Shakti Kendra (MASK) organization which works for women empowerment. This block placement gave me the opportunity to interact with different people, also to understand their culture. We conducted different tasks with MASK organization e.g. conducted a survey on women’s participation, helped them to manage the budget for their micro finance projects and develop their annual reports, and developed presentations for the organization.

Job Experience :
Currently working with Nathani Charitable Trust, as a Project Manager for the empowerment of Muslim Memon women and their children in all over India.
Key Responsibilities :
- To discuss the project plan with the committee.
- Find out different resources and alternatives for the project.
- Set the tasks to achieve the desired goal.
- Be the part of the implementation process.
- Supervise the implementation of plan and different tasks.
- Supervise the staff.
