    Customer Care Executive

    Report To : Team Leader

    Summary :
    Responsible for providing the highest quality of service to AHMSI borrowers with professional and timely responses to customer care related inquiries. Must exhibit professionalism at all times and posses the ability to show empathy while dealing with delinquent accounts.s.

    Essential Job Functions :
    •Handles a high volume of inbound & outbound telephone calls.
    •Advises borrowers of their responsibility under the loan contract and counsels them regarding the budgeting of payments.
    •Processes payments, collects past due balances, solicits late charge fees, and educates borrowers on AHMSI's payment options and the importance of Credit worthiness.
    • Responds to customer correspondence, requests, and inquiries efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
    • Identifies and acts upon opportunities to offer alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of retaining the customer's business (Portfolio Retention).
    • Also responsible for maintaining full compliance with FDCPA.

    Skill Set :
    •Fresher’s or Experienced candidate may apply
    • Should be assertive and confident.
    • Should have reasonable analytical skills
    • Good Communication skills
    • Educational qualifications- Post Graduates / Graduates / Diploma holders.
    • Open to working 24 x 7 shifts.
