Project : Factory Switch driver for DRO-200i Router
Client : PosData Company South Korea Dec 2010 to Feb 2011
Brief Profile :
The DRO-200i uses XScale architecture from INTEL (IXP425). D-Link DRO-200i is part of the Multi-Service Access Router series, a line of highly flexible and reliable business class routers from D-Link, designed to securely connect remote sites to the corporate networks. A DRO-200iv option adds two RJ-11 ports for voice communication devices that interface with corporate PBXs (private branch exchanges).
Factory Switch handling of DRO200i on Receiving the Switch press store the status in one file and reset the DRO200i Board.
Role : Developer and Tester

Project : Parallel port driver for OMAP-L138/AM1808 Processor
Client : Motorola UK Sep 2010 to Nov 2010
Brief Profile: The OMAP-L138 is a Low-power applications processor based on an ARM926EJ-S and a C674x DSP core. The universal parallel port (uPP) peripheral is a multichannel, high-speed parallel interface with dedicated data lines and minimal control signals. It is designed to interface cleanly with high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) or digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with up to 16-bit data width (per channel).
Role: Developer and Tester
Responsibilities:
- Understanding the existing universal parallel port (uPP) driver

Operating Systems: Linux 2.6 (host)
Hardware: OMAP-L138
Project : Real time Transport Protocol and RTCP control protocol for VOIP
Client : Moschip Semiconductor India Feb 2010 to July 2010
Brief Profile:
RTP is real time transport protocol for applications Transmitting Real time data, Audio or Video over multicast or unicast N/W services. RTCP is a RTP control protocol which gives quality of feedback to participants in RTP session. RTP is mainly used in VOIP applications to send /receive data according to payload type which specified in SIP .VOIP is an application to send the data b/w 2 ends pts, which is RTP and RTCP.
Role: Developer & Tester
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation RTP/RTCP Transport Layer
- Debugging and testing of the features.
- Tested on Target Board (VxWorks)
- RTP and RTCP read / send voice data, according payload type specified in SIP
- After Initiation SIP, one station as (LINUX), other as Target Board with audio .setup. To send audio data and check whether it is reaching and receiving to the both stations.
Technical Environment:
Language: C, UNIX, VxWorks
Hardware: Intel Target Board
Software Tools: VSS
Project : UDP/IP Protocol stack for Proprietary RTOS
Client : Moschip Semiconductor Inida Oct 2009 to Jan 2010
Brief Profile: UDP is a connectionless, unreliable transport Protocol, with minimum error checking. UDP/IP is used with ease, and minimum of overhead, when underlying Networks are reliable. If a process wants to send a small message and does not care about reliability, we can use UDP.
UDP is mainly used in Real time data applications such as RTP (real time
Transport protocol) which used in VOIP. There is no flow control, no acknowledgment for received packets this advantage gives for to process real time applications with minimum overhead.
Role: Developer and Tester
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the existing UDP/IP stack on Proprietary board
- Implementing enhancements on Implementation UDP/IP stack
- Analysis, Coding and Debugging for UDP/IP stack
- Debugging and testing of the features.
- Tested on Target Board (VxWorks)
Technical Environment:
Operating Systems: VxWorks (Propriety RTOS), C,
Hardware: Intel Embedded Board (Target board)
Tools : Target board, Linux system
