Job Description :

1. Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential Investors / clients, who can invest on Real Estate / Property development.

2. Managing and growing existing clients’ relationship effectively.

3. Understanding and providing appropriate investment options to the investors / clients.

4. Providing financial advisory services to individuals and businesses regarding buy back option / investment in Real estate.

5. Maintaining good rapport with potential / existing investors and updating status of projects regularly / enhancement value of their investment.

6. Generating HNI database and understanding their investment plans, convincing them for invest on our product.

7. Generating funds.

8. Understanding the dynamic of the capital markets.

9. Achieving targets.

LOCATION : COIMBATORE,POLLACHI,UDUMALPET,TIRUPUR,PALLADAM.

SALARY : 10,000- 20,000/Month.

Students will be observed as part time initially and based on the performance for 6 months they will be promoted.

• Develop and oversees the commissioning, installation and operation for rotating equipments.
