1.TECHNICAL PROJECT MANGER-(5-10yrs)
4-15yrs of Exp in project management capacity, including process development and execution.
Strong in Track, Planner or Project.net.
Should be strong in Java, JSP, CSS,HTML,XML,XSL, java-script and Extjs.
DB & OS exp with Oracle 10g.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication, Interpersonal & Leadership skills.
Able to conduct research in to project related issues and products.
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Able to track project milestones and deliverables.

2.TECHNICAL LEADS ( 5-8yrs)
Expertise in core Java, Java scripts, JSP, servlets, XML, XSL, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQl query writing.
Exp in EXTJS and project management is a plus.
Creation of tables, function, procedures, Triggers.
Very strong in Technical /Analytical skillset.
Capable of Preparation of High Level Solution Design and Detailed Design Document
Very good communication skills are required
Excellent communication skills - definetely a must, good attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
High preference for the result oriented and good leader ship skills candidates.

3.Senior Database Developer-(4-8yrs) -Architect Kind of Role.
Excellent RDBMS concepts, Oracle/SQL, Enterprise DB knowledge.
Involves building logical and physical data models, creating process/system models and analyzing/monitoring system data quality.
Expert in performance management, query optimization and data storage management.
Responsible for coordinating data design and development by actively engaging technology personnel and customers in the data design process
Experience designing and deploying enterprise database applications on industry standard frameworks is desired
Responsible for maintaining metadata stores including data dictionaries, table relationship data and other documentation.
Maintain data dictionary, naming standards, data interchange standards and metadata definitions.
Responsible for guiding the development of comprehensive data base solutions that include data from multiple internal and external sources.
Proven ability to identify and define the "right solution" and develop pragmatic and practical solutions.
Provide database design and development support to Development and QA teams.
Possess Database Solutions/Architecture Skills: Queries, Indexing, Coding/Programming, Database performance, normalization Mining, Mapping and Reporting.
Understanding of data modeling techniques

4.SOFTWARE ENGINEERS/SSE- (Java&Oracle)-(2-5yrs)
Need to be very strong in Analytical skillset.
Experience in core Java,Java scripts, JSP,servlets, XML, XSL.
