    Title : Intelligent compression of enhanced medical images with texture
    Information.
    Objective : By introducing a new method of compression bringing in an
    innovation in the field of medical image compression by splitting the
    image into ROI and NROI and applying two different compression
    techniques (SPIHT,Huffman) also by using enhancement as a pre-
    processing step to get high compression ratio with good quality.
