    * Manage HR Operations for the region comprising of multiple locations employing over 1000 people across various functions.
    * Manpower planning and budgeting.

    * Managing Performance Management System.
    * Ownership of MIS and Payroll.

    COMPETENCIES PURVIEW
    - Handle the entire Recruitment process for field staff from release of advertisement to conducting written tests, personal interview, issuing offer letters and joining formalities.
