Position : Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities :
* Establish new markets for the company
* Expand coverage in upmarket retail stores
* Increase number of Modern Trade Accounts
* Manage promotions in key accounts
* Ensure promotion targets are met
* Ensure collections as per company policy
* Complete all mandatory reporting

Candidate Profile :
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales
* Experience in signing up new business accounts
* Experience in launching new products
* Track record of managing sales promotions & merchandising
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets

As we traveled, we met many entrepreneurs and artisans who made natural products with traditional methods and immense goodness but faced challenges to market their products on fair terms.
