Job Profile :

.NET Software Developer / Lead Developer / Team Lead will have ability to understand all phases of software development life-cycle. The candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple on-going assignments and be able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed team; selected individual will play one or more role as .NET Software Developer / Lead Developer / Team Lead etc that matches to the candidates profile. As part of the ongoing process of enhancing and maintaining existing applications, selected candidate will also be responsible for analysis and design and implementation of new enhancements, resolution of operational problems, ad hoc reporting/decision support analysis, and business client interaction.

The Team Lead responsibilities includes code review, code auditting, and mentoring developers. Project goals and objectives will be met by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the project manager and development team. All positions require high quality support and extensive client interaction.

Primary skills :
The assigned individuals at Surisoft will provide Improvement Interactive with software design skills and must be fast, self-motivated, disciplined, organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in a computer-related field. Experience with and extensive knowledge of;

* .NET Framework 2.0/3.0
* ASP.NET
* C#
* VB.NET
* Web Services
* SQL SERVER 2005/2008
* JavaScript
* HTML
* Experience with object-oriented programming and n-tier architecture is required.
* Experience with Unified Modeling Language diagrams is a PLUS!

Preferred skills :
Proven listening, verbal and written communication in English; ability to succeed in a changing environment; proven track record working independently and within a team and ability to present information and process feedback. Knowledge of Process Capability Models, Software Estimating Tools and Techniques and Software Engineering Methodologies is a plus! Candidates must possess the necessary skills to understand and follow procedure and process as provided. Knowledge of Spring, Microsystems and Hibernate are helpful and an added advantage.

Qualification :
* Should be computer graduate / postgraduate in BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc IT / MCA.
* 3-9 years of professional software development experience.
* Good understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle Phases.
* You should possess solid relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities and entrepreneurial drive.
* You will have proven track record in a similar role for reputable Software Company.

Job Description :
* Working with a variety of web based business applications and technologies to develop, modify, test, and document simple to complex applications.
* Updating existing programs to support enhanced capabilities or maintain the functional operation of a production system.
* Designing, writing, and executing unit test plans.
* Developing knowledge of the operating environment, programming standards, and system structures and specifications. Adhering to standards and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
* Providing regular status updates and ensuring that deadlines and specification requirements are met.
* Agile Project Management experience in a plus!
