As a project manager, you will be responsible for initiating, executing and delivering quality business research to the discerning global clients. The job would include understanding project specs, overseeing deliverable preparation and production, direct & extensive interaction with clients. Key aspect here would be to take ownership of responsibilities and work in close cooperation with senior level staff. Also, review the work, train and mentor a team of Senior Research Analysts / Research Analysts. Managing multiple research projects and client relationship would be a part of the job as well.

Requirements for the job role are as follows:
* Project Managers should possess a strong blend of strategic and analytical thinking and operations execution.
* Analytical thinking is required to enable him / her to structure and guide research / consulting assignments with clients, and manage the project internally.
* To ensure smooth execution of all projects and business, he /she will need to possess excellent operations management capabilities.
* Operational responsibility will include grooming talent, managing large and growing teams, developing internal methodologies and continuously refining training modules and ongoing process improvement, ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys.

In addition, project managers must have strong theoretical grounding should be able to multi-task have proven project and client management skills, and leadership skills. They would also be involved in working closely with the management in planning and supporting business development initiatives

Applicants must be MBAs, CFAs, or CA’s with an excellent academic record. They must have strong knowledge of finance, valuation, modeling capabilities and good writing skills.
