    Job Profile :
    * Find prospective clients in India and giving details about our service and get deals closed.
    * Meet the monthly targets successfully.
    * Secure massive application development work from big companies.

    Desired Candidate Profile :
    * We are looking for software Sales Executives with proved record of accomplishment.
    * We prefer B. Tech + MBA candidates. However, candidates with proven sales volume records will be preferred.
    * People who have skill in offshore marketing can also apply.
    * He/she should be a person who can make effective cold call to CEO, CIO of the company and submit the proposal and get the deal.
    * The ideal candidate should have good exposure with IT /Software industry.
    * He/she must present his performance /achievements /sales records of the last two years with volume at the time of interview.
    * Candidates with less than two years of industry experience need not apply.

    Remuneration :Experienced candidates will be getting a 25% increment from their current salaries (negotiable for high profile sales professional) + Commission + long term service incentives.

    Performance oriented increments are offered to highly performing candidates.

    Employed will benefit with Family Medical insurance coverage, 24 days leaves per annum plus other allowances.
