    * Timely execution of complete process of receipt of materials.
    * Informing all concerns if there is a variance in term of qty or condition.
    * Chasing with Purchase/Corp Logistics and Service dept. and having such variances resolved.
    * Handing over Vendor's document to Accounts.
    * Ensuring cost effective timely dispatches.
    * To ensure all legal aspects/formalities are taken care while dispatches.
    * To ensure all record keepings are done on daily basis as per the legal norms.
    * Conduting physical audit on monthly basis and reporting variances to corp logistics.
    * Ensuring the necessary adjustment within in next 7 working days.
    * Comparison between available vendors and market trend for cost effective dispatches.
    * Negotiation with existing vendors.
    * Sale Return/ Cancellation.
    * Chasing branch's sale team for BBND.
    * Ensuring way bills availability.
    * Informing all vertical heads on any Non moving stocks.
