Job profile :
Purposes of the Job : Achieve Secondary and Primary Target, Achieve Activation Target, Coverage, Distribution as agreed with the BDM. Focus on HORECA channel to achieve your activation and distribution objectives. Always look at the opportunities of activating new outlets.
Key result areas
1. To achieve brand wise and SKU wise secondary and primary sales objectives as per agreed targets.
2. Achieve secondary sales targets on weekly and monthly basis.
3. Achieve your activation targets.
4. Brief your franchisee BDE’s to achieve activation targets and also their primary and secondary targets.
5. Ensure that all the orders procured are supplied on time
6. Review the working efficiency of your franchisee BDE’s on daily and weekly basis
7. Send your market working report daily to your BDM along with market feed back if any.
8. Review your daily sales progress with your BDM
9. Attend all the review meeting and training program to up-grade your knowledge and skills
10. Maintain and develop good business relationship with the key accounts and also with the Franchisee. This will help you in conducting your business smoothly.
11. Agree with franchisee on credit limits and periods account wise and implement the same.
12. Co-ordinate with the franchisee team and implement the entire marketing plan perfectly.
13. Submit your travel expenses on time as per agreed dates
